Best veggie food in town? (Brussels)

Does anyone know which (good!) restaurants also serve (great!) veggie dishes. I'm not searching for pure veg-restaurants, but 'normal' restaurants that offer actual main-course vegetarian dishes besides the typical meat/fish ones. My experience is that most restaurants can namely only offer salads, mixed-vegetables or deepfried cheeses, but they have no clue about main-course dishes for vegetarians. Recently I was in Belga Queen and they did have a nice selection. Which other restaurants could you advise?
