beste coffee in town? (Brussels)

Hello all,
I love good coffee, but recently it has become more difficult to find really good coffee cafes that don't rush you away after 2 sips to give your table to another customers. Or the seats are good and the coffee crappy or the atmosphere is not so nice and the coffee just ok.
Any recommendations? You would make me very happy with it!
