BPMN 1.1 advice needed (Brussels)

Hi everyone,

I have a written assignment in Informatics for Management course at VUB (the deadline is the 7th of January, so I have plenty of time, he-he). It’s about process modeling, data models, etc. The course teaching staff policy is to give general guidelines. They do not help you to correct mistakes and improve your work (which I find very sad given the assignment weights 50% of the total mark). If anyone, who knows BPMN thing, could have a look at my work and help to correct possible mistakes, it would be just great! I owe you a beer :).
