breaking lease contract due to leaving the country (Brussels)

Hello all,
Does someone know the legal recourse or right that an expatriate would have if indeed their job ended in Belgium and they are relocating to another country and consequently ending an apartment contract prematurely. I am of course trying to find a new renter but if I don't the landlord contends to charge me 1mth rent because i gave 2 and not 3mths notice plus the 3 months rent for breaking the lease early - as I have only been in the apartment for one year.

Is there not some special conditions in this scenario? For example, Proximus is allowing me to end a 2yr subscription early because of the move out of country.
