Bringing car into Brussels

Hi there,
I'm thinking of bringing my car across from another EU country to Brussels for approx 1 year. All the research I've done hasn't turned up any requirement to register this vehicle in Belgium, pay Belgian road taxes.
Has anyone any insight into what would be required from the tax point of view?
