Brussels in a day and a half

I'm visiting Brussels for a day and a half. I arrive in the morning, then leave next day. Any recommendations on must see places? I will go on a general city tour at 11am provided by Sandaman, then I'm interested in seeing a Chocolate factory and nice patios for specialty beer. Any recommendations are appreciated.
