Brussles in a day (Brussels)

Hello there,
I am going to Brussels on Saturday and would love to ask for any ideas about the "Must See Places" - anything I can fit in a day. :)
Also, how does the public transport work in the city? Can I buy a day travel card (anything similar to the Oyster card in London?)
