1. All recreational, cultural, folk activities are canceled, regardless of their size.
2. Discos, cafes, restaurants are closed.
3. Stores such as supermarkets, pharmacies or food stores will be open weekdays and weekends. Others will be open during the week and closed at weekends.
4. Classes are be suspended including elementary, secondary and post-secondary classes.
5. No news on economic measures including impact on businesses and workers

If the measures are not observed, the police will be responsible for maintaining order. "A whole series of administrative measures is applicable to ensure compliance with the measures," explains Pieter De Crem, Minister of the Interior.
