Expat Neighborhoods and Public Schools? (Brussels)

Family will be relocating to Brussels in the spring Protected content . Can someone advise on good primary schools and good neighborhoods where expats with kids live ? Also, I would appreciate word of advise on how to register kids to local public schools: process, waiting lists, any support for non-francophone speaking kids, etc?
