Expats in Belgium - Survey (Brussels)

I just read an article on "Brussel Nieuws" about a survey conducted by the HSBC in 31 countries. For Belgium, these are the conclusions:

- expats are positive about health care possibilities, public transport, work environment, and of course the cuisine. The central location of Belgium is also considered positive.
- expats are not so positive about integration into the local community and culture, making friends (especialy locals)
- Belgium doesn't score too high on income (Egypt, China and Singapore are top scores there)

So how does the InterNations crowd judge this? Is it that difficult to meet locals? Why is that do you think? Do you agree with the above? Perhaps a nice discussion topic tomorrow at the IN event ;-)
