First InterNations dinner!! 5 November 2009! (Brussels)

Dear Community, aside from the traditional monthly get-togethers, I should like to propose to you a new kind of meeting-up and discover the ‘cuisine’ of all the 27 EU Member States by way of visiting each time a specialised restaurant in Brussels. Let’s start of course with our ‘hosting country’ and taste some dainty dishes belonging to the typical Belgian kitchen.
The RdV is at the Pacific Restaurant at 8:30 PM of 5 November for a 5-courses dinner consisting of:
oGratin de chicon caramélisé, jambon d’Ardenne et Vieux Bruges
oBoulette sauce tomate
oStoemp poireaux/crevettes grises
oWaterzooi de volaille aux légumes d’hiver
oTiramisu au Speculoos
The dinner will be preceded by a complimentary aperitive between 7 and 8.30 PM.
The drinks during the dinner (water, wine and soft drinks à volonté) are included in the price, which will vary between 35 and 40 Euros, depending on the number of participants. A minimum of 20 participants is required. The event is meant to be reserved to the members of our community, but of course feel free to bring along your global-minded friends (preferably after having asked them to subscribe).
