Health insurance for expats (Brussels)

Hi,

does anyone have experience with health insurances for expats? I have recently found out about some that are actually targeted at persons working in another country and staying abroad for 1 year +. In some cases it appears there is not even a time limit and you can keep the insurance when moving from one country to another.

Question: any experience with these sort of gloabl policies - good or bad?? Would be much appreciated as I am fed up with changing insurances every time I move...
