Holiday workshops for kids and Nanny (Brussels)

Hi there - anyone know of holiday workshops for 4 1/2 year olds in the Ixelles area that my little girl could do? Also, I am looking for a Nanny for my two kids one day a week..... we have had a bad experience in the past with an Au pair so if anyone knows of a reputable agency in town, I'd appreciate the information.
