Hormone Yoga for Men, anti-stress and andropause with Krist’l D’Haene

Hormone Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga created by Dinah Rodrigues, which naturally helps to reactivate hormone levels. Through dynamic yoga poses, energetic breathing exercises, visualization and some Tibetan energy circulation techniques, Hormone Yoga stimulates the glands associated with hormone production. Once you learn the sequence it will take you 30 minutes to practice it and it is recommended to practice it at least Protected content per week to obtain the desired results.
During the workshops we will slowly go through the sequence and explain the different exercises step by step. We will also look at some anti-stress and relaxation techniques. At the end you will get a handbook with all the instructions so that you can continue to practice it at home.

HORMONE YOGA FOR WOMEN WITH LUCIA VIMERCATI
Hormone yoga for women helps to reactivate hormone production by the ovaries, the thyroid and parathyroid, the hypophisis and the adrenals and to effectively prevent or eliminate the symptoms of menopause. It also benefits those women suffering from hormonal disorders (PMS, irregular periods, polycystic ovary, thyroid imbalance) and those who have difficulties getting pregnant due to low hormone levels.
Contraindications:
Hormone Yoga is contra-indicated in pregnancy and with certain conditions such as active endometriosis, large fibroids, hormone dependent breast/uterine cancer or history of, undiagnosed abdominal pain.

HORMONE YOGA FOR MEN WITH KRIST’L D’HAENE
Hormone Yoga for Men, anti-stress and andropause (re)activates hormone production by the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, thyroid, adrenals and testes and consequently eliminate the symptoms of low hormones (low libido, decreased virility, low sexual activity, tiredness). It also acts on preventing diseases caused by low hormone levels e.g. increased predisposition to cardiovascular problems.
Contraindications: undiagnosed abdominal pain and post-operative surgery. For other conditions the exercises can be adapted.

About Lucia Vimercati: Lucia is an Italian yoga teacher who lives and teaches in Brussels. She started her yoga practice when she was a teen and completed her 4 years Hatha Yoga Teacher’s training Protected content at Yoga Lila in Italy in Protected content . Her interest in Yoga brought her to explore different styles and her belief that health comes from a holistic approach, brought her to get further trainings as massage therapist, food therapist, macrobiotics and Ayurveda cook. She completed the Hormone Yoga Teacher’s training with Dinah Rodrigues in Protected content practices HYT regularly finding it very beneficial. Lucia has given her Hormone Yoga workshops in Belgium, Italy and Switzerland and is a resident BYP teacher. You can find more information on Protected content

About Krist’l D’haene: Krist’l is a mother, midwife, hypnobirthing teacher, craniosacral therapist and yoga teacher. She lives in Ghent, Belgium since Protected content . Before she lived 16 years in SEAsia and completed Kundalini Yoga training in Cambodia in Protected content . She ran a private practice Pregnancy, Birth& Beyond of holistic care to pregnant/postpartum women, partners and babies in Phnom Penh, offering counseling, yoga, massages, craniosacral therapy, baby massage/swimming. The desire for more training brought her to Europe and in Protected content completed with Dinah Rodrigues the training of HYT for menopause, for men and diabetes. She loves teaching and is passionate about spreading the technology of yoga. She practices HYT few times a week and is very happy with the results of reactivated glands, bringing happiness in her life in a totally natural way.
