House cleaning - Dienstencheques - Titre service (Brussels)

Does anyone know a good cleaning service in the Louise - Flagey Area? I've already ordered in some checks, but don't know exactly how it works after that. What should I watch out for? What kind of company to ask to come clean my house? Etc. All advice or experience is welcome. Finally, 1 check is 7.50 euro. Is that exactly for 1 hour, or is the check simply a way to pay someone who may as well ask 15 euro per hour?
