How to find a flat in Brussels? Some advice needed
I will be moving to Brussels in March, and am therefore looking for a flat in the city.
Would you be able to give me advice on a few points?
- What would be the most efficient way to find a flat in Brussels, given that I may only have one or two days for flathunting in the city itself (though I am doing an itnernet search, of course)?
- Would anyone be able to clarify the "standard 3-year-contract" rule to me, and how to avoid getting stuck with one (I'd like to stay a bit more flexible than that)?
- How much would an estate agency normally charge me? Could you recommend any agencies in particular?
- Are there any particular pitfalls that I should be aware of?
Many thanks, I would appreciate your guidance.
