Lama Jigmé Namgyal was born in a nomad family in Tibet. The villagers call him Little Buddha. He studied Buddhist philosophy & tantra from a young age with revered masters, at the renowned university of Serthar Larung Gar, a.o. with Sakya Trizin and H.H. the Dalai Lama. After fleeing Tibet, traveling through the Himalayas for 6 weeks at night time, over Nepal & India, he made his way to Europe. With the support of a small sangha, Lama Jigmé has established two modest centers in Rotterdam and Luxemburg and a foundation to support the nomads in Tibet.

This video about the Rotterdam center features an interview with Lama Jigmé featuring my favorite quote of his: "Okay so you don't believe in god or buddha. That's fine, but why do you believe in all those negative thoughts you're having? Just stop doing that!" : Protected content
