I am urgently looking for an IT Helpdesk.

Responsibilities

As an ICT Helpdesk you will:

• Make sure that requests are correctly logged, assigned and responded on time following the agreed standards and procedures
• Be the single point of contact for all ICT related requests
• Responsible for solving all ICT-related calls, incidents, problems
• Join the 1st line support team
• Active tracking of open calls, incidents & changes
• You will be involved in installation, registration and testing on different hardware and software
• Provide statistical information and reports when required
• Administrate changes in ICT equipment

Skills

• ITIL certification is a plus
• High school degree minimum
• Fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English (at least 2 of them)
Protected content experience in similar situation
• Eager to learn and able to work in team
• Pro-active, co-operative and flexible with customers
• ICT certification is a plus
• Experience and interest in hardware & software
