Ideas how to organize Australian evening (Brussels)

Hello everybody! I'm a student here in Brussels and we have a school project called "Australian event". So, on 7 December we'll organize this event at Rit's café in the center of Brussels, but we have a small problem: none of us knows any Australian or has ever been in Australia. So advices would be needed :) If any aussie reads this, pls post me some ideas what we could do. Thanks.
