internet providers (Brussels)

Dear all, I have recently moved to Brussels and looking for a reliable internet provider. I have seen some good offer from a company called SNOW, but I am wondering for the quality of their service etc.

anyone has heard of them? or maybe even do you have any other recommendations (looking for unlimited usage for in the house and potentially TV, but this is not that important)
