The individual’s qualifications should include, but not be limited to:

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them, while respecting the deadlines set by the Company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Being creative, detail oriented with a “hands-on” approach to the work.
A strong fashion sense and in-depth knowledge of the fashion trends.
Ability to work flexible hours and at times, extended hours.
Frequent travels to visit the stores.
Being a team player, sharing your enthusiasm for the collection and the brand.
Energetic, self-motivated, open-minded and flexible.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in coaching sales staff in some basic elements of visual merchandising would be a plus.
Ability to manipulate and/or lift display items that can weigh up to 20kg and to use hand and power tools and specific display supplies.
Good computers skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Fluency in Dutch, French and English (verbal and written).
Valid driving licence.
Can be on freelance-basis.


Minimum 2 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser in a Fashion company

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Setting up in-store and window displays all season long, following corporate standards, guidelines and planning.
Conducting floor moves, replenishments and set-ups for specific marketing campaigns/promotions.
Coaching sales associates on Company’s visual standards & product knowledge if required.
Exemplifying Sarah Pacini’s values by providing excellent service to the Store Managers and their teams.
