Job description: Business Consultant - GERMANY
Are you interested to join a team of people dedicated to help Food and Drink producers around the world? Everyone in our team makes a difference; every day we all have an impact.
iTQi’s story started 14 years ago by listening to food and beverage producers telling about their struggle to communicate about the taste of their product with objective, factual arguments.
We are helping them to have their products’ taste evaluated and certified by a jury of taste experts, all European chefs and sommeliers, so they can communicate with confidence about the great taste of their products.
This year only, nearly a Protected content and large producers from 90 countries have had their products tested by our jury of renowned chefs and sommeliers.
If you join us you will be part of a sales team with teammates from many regions around the globe.

In a typical month at iTQi you will:
•Implement your account management strategy to identify opportunities
•Navigate small and large companies to find the right contacts
•Execute targeted outbound activity via email and phone to reach key sales milestones
•Cold call, pitch and present iTQi’s services
•Build the trust necessary to uncover and understand customers pain points as they progress through the sales funnel
•Use your creativity to develop new ideas to fuel the sales pipeline growth
•Attend international and national food and beverages fairs to generate new leads and promote iTQi
•Work closely with Management to generate stats, data, and testimonials to enhance the value proposition
•Manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, and make sure that those conversations bring value to your customer
•Qualify leads based on customer needs, budgets, decision-making process and timing
•Maintain and improve customer data in CRM
•Help prepare the large scale testing events with more than Protected content and Sommeliers from various European countries
•Do something which has nothing to do with the above (depending on your personal skills and interests you might be involved in other aspects of itQi’s daily life)

Desired Skills and Experience:
•You are a team player, you have an opinion but you don't let ego get in the way— our culture of collaboration is important to us and we work to preserve it
•You are determined to help customers' grow their business and to create value for them
•Experience in formulating and implementing an inbound/outbound communications strategy including: call scripts; email content; messaging cadence and other communication strategies
•Good at finding your way within organizations, you have a very good understanding of how companies function and take decisions
•1-3 years sales experience
•Ability to create a repeatable Sales Development methodology resulting in increased lead velocity; qualification parameters and overall productivity
•Native German speaker and fluent in English, the language spoken at the office

•You are passionate about food and drink quality for the sake of both producers and consumers

•You like meeting with your customers and traveling on occasion (our office is in Brussels)
