JOB with UN (Brussels)

Hello,
Is there anybody who has worked for UN under an individual contractor agreement and knows how to deal with taxation in Belgium ? Do you need to pay taxes under this contract or no ? A friend of mine has received an offer and doesn't know the exact amount of taxation and whether there will be any taxation at all.
