Roles in Europe (hiring immediately)

***** Territory Sales Manager (located in Brussels)

This key member of the EMEA Sales Organization will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing new software subscription agreements in a defined geography. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• New market penetration
• Calling on senior-level executives
• Complex sales-cycle management
• Responsible for building and managing sales pipelines
• Working with Magento partner organization to build and close sales through channel partners

Skills:
• 4-year degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business field
• 2+ years technology sales experience, preferably in software
• Consistent over-achievement in previous positions
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial desire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer facing and public presentation skills
• Effective written and verbal skills in English and the combination of at least 2 of the following languages :
o German, French, Dutch

***** Channel Development Representative (located in Brussels)

Responsibilities include managing a targeted group of Systems Integrator partner relationships for growth and profitability. Our Channel Development Representatives will focus on partner recruitment, partner & sales enablement, pipeline management together with the territory sale manager, as well as proactive business planning and business development with our partners. Key responsibilities include:
• Enable partner sales and technical teams in how to position and sell Magento
• Enable partner technical teams by ensuring they comply with training and certification requirements
• Onboard new partners by training them on Magento processes and sales tools, availability of information, and other steps necessary to ramp up quickly as a Magento partner
• Keep partner teams updated on sales resources, changes and new developments
• Target and recruit new partners into the Partner Program
• Manage partner pipelines and work with sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads
• Develop Partner Business Plan and work closely with partners on business development activities to assure we are receiving new leads
• Work closely with Channel Marketing Manager on business development and lead generation campaigns
• Work with Magento Sales Team as the Partner “Expert” to optimize sales efforts.

Skills
• Degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing strongly preferred

• Proven experience in consultative sales and relationship building
