You are wondering what to do in Brussels right before the JCI WC Protected content . Well get ready to party. JCI The Heart of Europe invites you to the scariest JCI Halloween party.

Agenda:
8 pm Doors Open
8:30 pm Start of face painting
9 pm Halloween Party

Entrance fee: €5

A costume is required for the party (well, it is Halloween).
If you cannot bring one, we will gladly provide you with a mask, witch hat or a face paint for €5. (I would go for the face paint)
The benefits are going to Nothing but Nets.
