Looking for a junior HR officer (Brussels)


Looking for a junior administrator for Human resources and general affairs to support practical day-to-day tasks related to HR & General Affairs, e.g. payroll, time registration, insurance claims and office affairs.

Experience of working in a multinational office environment
Experience in administrative support
Data Capturing experience
Experience in Belgium Payroll (e.g. social secretariat)
Knowledge of Belgium Social Legislation

French (Mother Tongue respectively professional level)
Professional level (verbal and written) English

Dutch/Flemish would be an add-on

Methodical and detailed approach to work
Comfortable communication with different cultures
Well-structured verbal and written communication in support operation and reporting
Good self-management skills
