looking for a old friend in Brussels pls Help

Dear Friends,
I am in search of a old friend that i have lost contact with and the people who have his contact are not willing to help.

I am looking for a guy by the name of Guffar / Gafar ( he was a pakistani National then Protected content is the only name i have.
he was married to a Belgium local Girl.)

He used to work on a petrol station / gas station that was owned / run by Indians by the name of Naresh Motwani.

I have been told that Gaffar now is in the business of gardening or lawn maintainance etc...( how ever i could be misinformed )

I will be in Brusseles for a few days atarting the 24th of April and would love to meet with him and thank him for all his kind help that he was while my short stay in brussels when i was a young Man... as i had left without saying good by or thanking him.

Please if any one can help me find him i truly appreciate any and all help i can get.
