Looking for photography courses (Brussels)

Hi I've recently discovered a new passion of mine: photography.

I would really like to know more about it since my technical knowledge is quite limited. If anybody could recommend me some good places where I could follow courses, it would be gladly appreciated.
I am also looking to follow some courses about Adobe Photoshop CS5, and Lightroom.

I don't know if these courses of photography and of Software exist in English (which I would prefer!), but if you are aware of any classes, even if French or Dutch please let me know.
