Looking for Taiwanese Mandarin speakers (Brussels)

Hi! My name's Maxime. I'm a 30-year old Canadian guy working for a NGO in Brussels.

I moved here from Taiwan, where I lived for three years. I'm looking for a Taiwanese person who could teach me/tutor me in Mandarin. I learned traditional Mandarin in Taiwan, which is why I'm looking for a Taiwanese, but I guess mainland Chinese would also work.

I live in Saint-Gilles, near Ixelles, so I'd like to meet in that area, if possible, but I'm always open. Also, if you know a place to learn Mandarin (community program, school, etc.), I'd also be interested.
