Moving to be with my girlfriend in Brussels

Hello guys!
I am from Slovakia and I met my girlfriend during Erasmus studies. She is from Brussels and I would really like to move there to live with her, but I am struggling to find a job. I am a fresh graduate of international relations, but I speak only very limited French. I am trying to get better, but you can not learn such a hard language very fast. Moreover, with almost no professional experience I find it almost impossible to find a job in Brussels. I sent like Protected content with no success. Its also very hard to get some internship with th EU institutions as well. I am looking for some other couples that have the same problems. Is here someone that got through this? Can you give me some advice please? I havent seen my girlfriend for about a month now, it is a very difficult situation.
