National protest day on Dec 2nd (Brussels)

Just a word of warning should you not have heard: on Dec 2nd you should expect trouble moving around, especially in Brussels, because of a national protest action that is scheduled that day. Although officially it's not a national strike day, everyone expects troubles with trains, metro, busses, trams, ... and some areas of Brussels might be blocked off because of the protest, depending on where they will march. All three major unions are participating this time.

This also means a LOT of people will try to make it by car, so gridlocked roads in and out of the city. Oh irony: the rail services want to keep some trains running ... because otherwise their protesters can't make it to Brussels...
