Need advice on areas (Brussels)

Hi there

My temporary accommodation is set to run out next month and I've been looking for furnished places to live.

I know Schaarbeek is sometimes bad and sometimes good.

I've been looking around Plasky, sort of closed to the main parc's.

Would that area be ok and where is the cut off point in the suburb?

Other areas I am looking are EU Quarter, Etterbeek, Ixelles, Auderghem, Woluwe St Lambert and Woluwe St. Pierre.

I assume all those are ok?
