Need help with Public Schools (Brussels)

Hello,
We are moving to Brussels from USA over the Christmas break for my husband's job, but we are relocating ourselves. We are an English only speaking family and would like our children to at least learn French. We will too, of course. We cannot afford private schools and I am having severe trouble finding exactly what public schools are best. We have a 5, 8 and 11 year old.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
