New Year's Eve recommendations (Brussels)

Hello international friends from Brussels!

I'm coming to your city for the New Year's Eve. I was hoping for some recommendations due to the fact that this will be my first visit (and also for my girlfriend). So if you know any good events, please let me know :)
We like rock and metal music, but we are open for anything else as well. Nice bars, fancy clubs, good restaurants, special Belgian stuff etc.
