officials in EC and people in companies (Brussels)

Hello !I would like to ask all the people working in companies and in European Commission a question.As trainees in the EC, we were invited to register for a distance- learning programme on advanced negotiations skills , organised by the institute for European Business administration.According to the leaflet, it is popular both to politicians- public servants and to managers and EU experts .Hence, I would like to ask you, if you have heard anything about the quality and the actual recognition of this program , either in the EU institutions or in the business world, and what was you experience and impression, if you have already taken part in this distance learning programme
