Please advise Good Used Cars Dealer (Brussels)

Hi Brussels Community, I have heard that the Belgian car market might be interesting and advantageous in pricing even including importing procedure. If it's the reality, I would have an intention to fly over to Brussels and drive my future car back to Switzerland. For further study, could anyone advise me any good dealer in Belgium? Preferably German cars...:) Any informaion would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
