Regarding 5 years residence permit (Brussels)

Dear members,

I have applied for my 5 years residence permit through commune. Commune has sent my file to ministry. My present residnece expires in March Protected content . SInce I have applied its been long time i.e. around 6 to 7 months I have no information. Calling several times to commune/ministry has not helped me to find an answer

Is any of IN members working in Office des Etrangers who can help me out ? Or Can give an idea when will/should I recevie the card ?
