retired and want to move to Brussels

Hello, I joined this forum in hopes of getting some real-time info on what its going to take to make a permanent move to Belgium. I have tried to contact the embasies here in the states and in brussels without much success. I was wondering if there is a Broker who handles all the paperwork, punch lists that need to be done to make this a smooth transition? I have several other questions but awaiting to see if any of you are willing to help with specifics thank you. JD from NYS, US
