sleep aid (Brussels)

This is going to sound like a strange request. I'm from the United States and moved to Brussels only 1.5 months ago. I am an insomniac and am used to taking over-the-counter Unisom to help me sleep. I understand that product is not available here. Could someone enlighten me on products in Brussels pharmacies which are over-the-counter sleep aids? Many thanks!
