Small concert venues in Brussels?

Hallo everyone - a friend of mine plays in a band (singer/songwriter, pop) in Berlin and is thinking of doing some gigs in neighbouring countries. He asked me about suitable venues here in Brussels for an audience of up to Protected content . Smaller would be ok, too, such as cafés or bars with a stage. Any hints welcome. Thanks.
