Where can i find Buckwheat flour (Blé noir)? (Brussels)

Hello everyone. I have a special ultra flat pan for pancakes, but i still miss the main ingredient to make good crepes from Bretagne. Does anyone knows where to find this flour ? I don't know where are bioshops.
It is very common in most supermarkets from the west of France, but here, i don't know where to look for.
