Which university to choose in Brussesl? (Brussels)

Hello Brusselers!
I am planning to do my master in international development and I am still unsure which school to choose.
There are interesting courses at ULB (université libre de Bruxelles), University of Kent and "the open university". Any of you has any experience with either of the institutions?
