Most likely, you have also tried to change yourself and your body at some point in your life to try and meet those standards in an effort to 'fit' better and get someone's approval. Most likely, you have also tried to achieve this goal by trying to control your diet and as a result, you still feel guilty about eating certain foods even if you don't follow a diet anymore! During this session, we are going to talk about how to stop feeling guilty about what you eat and start enjoying food again.
