Won a lawsuit against a well-known criminal (Brussels)

Hi everyone,

Some of you know already that I published an iinvestigation book a couple years ago, about the Marc Dutroux case, a pedophile and murderer, with connections a bit everywhere and in some high places too. This case hit worldwide in Protected content .

I had been sued by one of Dutroux's accomplices, his name is Michel Nihoul, a well known criminal in Belgium.

When the book was published, no media talked about it, and many journalists told me I was going to lose the lawsuit because Nihoul has so many connections. This long time criminal wanted me to pay 20.000 euros for writing about some sensitive info in my book.
The day of the trial, the prosecutor made a great statement about freedom of speech, freedom of media and the journalists. I'm glad his statement has been followed up by the judges.
