Worried for Child education (Brussels)

Dear,
I am very worried for schooling of my 2year & 8 month old child.
I tried more than 25 schoold near brussels & all are already full.
Could anyone please suggest any alternate as I do not want to waste a precious year of him.
Pleas suggest.
