Banking In Romania (Bucharest)

I am getting ready to move back to Bucharest in about a month now, and I will be starting a new job there. I will be needing to open up a few bank accounts (EUR, USD and RON acts).
I was just wondering if anyone had any input. Is there a particular bank that you would recommend or one that is more expat friendly than another? Are there any you would recommend I steer clear of? anything like that...
