Continuous Improvement Project Manager in the HR (Bucharest)

Fast growing company, it will progressively enlarge its scope to other activities and is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager in the HR division.
The Continuous Improvement Project Manager supports the Transition and Continuous Improvement team in all aspects related to the process transformation and transition of countries in scope into the European HR SSC in Bucharest, as well as in the continuous improvement opportunities identification and implementation.
The Continuous Improvement Project Manager will be responsible for planning and assisting in the execution of various Lean Six Sigma projects targeted towards improving the operations and SGEBS HR line performance. This position will focus on operations performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity by using L6S tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Partner with functional leaders and employees to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities. Manage a robust review process for selecting, scoping and prioritizing L6S initiatives;
Planning and assisting the execution of various Lean Six Sigma projects targeted towards improving the operations and SGEBS HR line performance (processes, methods, tools, systems audit);
Act as a key driver of change within the division, supporting employees and functional leaders in all aspects related to continuous improvement and process reengineering;
Ensure the integration of best practices into standardized procedures;
Collaborate with the Quality lead ensuring all problems are resolved using root cause analysis and corrective actions are deployed and properly maintained.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification is mandatory;
Minimum 4 years working in a continuous improvement environment in services. BPO industry would be a plus;
Experience leading successful continuous improvement and L6S projects;
Demonstrated ability to independently create functional & cost effective environment;
Demonstrate success in working with cross-functional teams while attaining results;
Ability to train, guide & mentor others in the use of L6S methodology;
Advance level of English. French would be a plus;
High motivation and energy;
