• Comfort level in selling and educating members regarding products and services
• Punctuality and attendance are mandatory.

• Proficiency in German is the main criteria and medium in English
• Very good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Well-organization with attention to detail
• Good computer knowledge
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment
• Good listening, verbal, interpersonal and typing skills
• Ability to be trained on the use of a case management system
• Can communicate written directions clearly as displayed by a case management system
• Willingness to speak to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
