Help! about how long I can stay (Bucharest)

I was in Pitesti Oct 16, Protected content Jan 16, Protected content . I want to come back for another 90 days. If I come back June 1, how long can i stay?? Lawyer in Pitesti told me 90 days. Romanian consul in Chicago said 90 days. But website for Romanian consul in New York says “US citizens may travel to Romania without a visa for a maximum period of 90 days within 6 months.” And Interior Ministry website says at frontier an agent counts back Protected content and subtracts how may days i was there in that period and that determines how long I can stay. Uef! Confused. I plan to marry a woman in Pitesti and stay there. But I want maximum time in case there is a problem with any marriage documents….thus I want 90 days if I can get it. HELP! I would like to mfly to Coanda June 1. Please, can someone find this answer for me?? Thx!!
