Help for translation/authorization (Bucharest)

Hello all,

I want to change my Turkish driver's licence into Romanian, for driving in Romania when I have my own car. To enroll myself for that matter, my driver's licence is needed to be translated and the translation has to be approved by Notary. Does anyone know:

1-) How long does it take to translate from Turkish to Romanian? I have a B class driver's licence, it has 2 sides. Front part looks like this: Protected content and the back part has my basic ID credentials and around 12 to 15 words/phrases to translate. Its size is equal to an ATM card.

2-) How much will it cost?

3-) Can anyone recommend a place?
